Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: Upon receipt of your order, processing is between 3-12 business days. All packages will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage and/or UPS. We do NOT process or ship orders on National holidays or Saturday/Sunday.

PLEASE make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PORCH PIRATES. You will be contacted via email or SMS with your tracking number upon shipment of your package. Shipping Charges are NOT refunded.

*USPS and UPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. We have absolutely NO control of when USPS or UPS delivers packages.
